The Glass Castle
As I continue see Jeannette maturing throughout the story I look back from where I am now to the very beginning of the book where Jeannette is fully matured and grown and that she is very successful and has a great job. She seems like a solid person and I think she is experiencing a happy time in her life. I would for sure expect Jeannette to turn out just like her parents because she starts following their steps and actions at such a young age. This started at the age of three! From the beginning of the Glass Castle, the author tells us that Jeannette is a successful lady now and is experiencing a good moment in her life. But I am excited to see how she does it and steers away from her parent’s values. I really look forward to what she does but as of now I see her actions and thoughts becoming worse from her looking up to her parents. I again wonder if Jeannette’s parents have drinking problems or issues with drugs which is why they are bad influences. I hope the author gives me a huge surprise as I read the upcoming chapters because I am kind of getting sick of reading about all of the problems that are going on and I hope I can solve the reason for Jeannette’s parent’s behaviors.

David,
Your book sounds pretty cool. I dont know much about it but it seems like it has a very deep and emotional plot. I detected a little bit of maybe domestic abuse in your blogs but i could have misread something. But overall it seems really cool.
